Cantucci

Cantucci are crunchy almond biscuits with a typical elongated shape. Often served with Vin Santo dessert wine, these biscuits are among the most famous in the world. When combined with Amarena Fabbri they become even more irresistible.

Ingredients 

  • 1 kg plain base 
  • 100 g Delipaste Nonna Rachele 
  • 80 g Delipaste Roasted Almond 
  • Marbling Amarena Fabbri to taste 
  • crumbled cantucci to taste 
  • whole cantucci to taste 

For the gelato 

Mix the plain base with Delipaste Nonna Rachele and Delipaste Roasted Almond. Then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

Ripple during the extraction process and garnish with Marbling Amarena Fabbri and whole and crumbled Cantucci.
