20 ml Zenzero Fabbri syrup
100 ml tonic water
1 espresso

Preparation

Pour the tonic into a well-chilled flute.
Slowly add the Zenzero Fabbri syrup and stir gently.
Finish with float of espresso on top and subsequent frothing
