70/80 g chocolate gelato
50 ml whole milk
30 ml Mint Mixybar Syrup/White Glacial Mint Mixybar Syrup
100 g crushed ice/cubes
Whipped cream flavoured with Vanilla Mixybar Syrup
Place the ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until creamy and liquid. Pour into a fantasy glass and garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves. Serve with a smile.
