Domenico Costanza was born in Bari on 23 May 1967. He began his training at a very young age in an artisan pastry shop in Gravina di Puglia, where he still lives today.
He has worked with various schools and highly trained pastry chefs, acquiring the skills to make desserts for catering, modern cakes, vegan recipes, and savoury pastries. He has been working as a Fabbri 1905 technician for over 10 years.
