Antonio is a pastry chef specialising in Neapolitan pastries. He has been passionate about pastry since the age of 13, beginning his career in Neapolitan pastry shops and learning the secrets of typical Neapolitan pastries such as babà and sfogliatella.
He moved to Bologna in 2005, where he opened a pastry shop and café. In 2017, he entered and won the pastry competition organised by Sweet Bologna and was one of the top runners-up in the national Panettone Day competition.
