Ingredients

  • Zenzero Fabbri 
  • Chocolate (dark, milk or white) 
  •

Preparation

  1. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie over a small saucepan, stirring constantly. 

  2. Place the empty petit four cases on a tray or plate and fill them with a nugget of Zenzero Fabbri. 

  3. Pour in the melted chocolate until the nugget is coated. Place the tray in the fridge and leave to solidify.  Remove from the fridge ... the chocolates are ready!
