Beat the soft butter with the sugar. Add the salt.
Then add the eggs, alternating the milk with 50g of ginger syrup and the sifted powdered ingredients.
Once you have a compact mixture, add the lime zest and Zenzero Fabbri cut into strips and floured. Fill the muffin cases 3/4 full.
Bake at 180°C in a preheated static oven for approx. 15-18 minutes.
Make a syrup by boiling 50g water and 50g ginger syrup. Allow to cool, and wet the surface of the muffins after baking.
Decorate with pieces of Zenzero Fabbri and orange zest to taste
