Ingredients

4 ice cubes
60 ml Prosecco
20—25 ml Elderflower syrup
Seltzer to top up (approx. 60 ml)

Preparation

Stir the ingredients gently, directly into the wine glass.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of red apple.
