Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously with a whisk.
Then pour onto a rectangular baking tray covered with cling film and form a layer about 1 cm thick.
Refrigerate until completely cooled. Use a biscuit cutter to make the jellies in the shape of your choice.

Dip them in sugar just before serving. You can make them using any of the Fabbri Syrup flavours!
