Chocolate pudding with Fragola Fabbri

Ingredients

(serves 10) 

  • 100 g milk 
  • 200 g cream  
  • 3 g gelatine leaves     
  • 200 g dark chocolate 
  • Fragola Fabbri

    Preparation

    Soften the gelatine in cold water. Heat the cream and milk, add the squeezed gelatine and stir. 

    Pour over the finely chopped chocolate and stir until melted. 

    Pour into glasses and leave to set in the fridge. 

    Decorate with a tuft of whipped cream and Fragola Fabbri fruit and syrup.
