Heat the oil in a pan, add the floured chicken pieces and brown. Add the salt, a teaspoon of ginger and mix.
Remove the chicken from the heat, placing it temporarily on a plate. Add the soy sauce, another pinch of ginger and Amarena Fabbri cherries and a little syrup to the juices in the pan and simmer for about a minute, stirring.
Pour the chicken back into the pan and finish cooking.
