Ingredients

  • 200 g Amarena Fabbri 
  • 25 g butter 
  • 125 g “00” flour 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 200 ml milk 
  • 6 g yeast 
  • 15 g sugar 
  • Ingredients for 2 ciambelline ø 14 cm  

     

Preparation

Melt the butter gently and let it cool. 

Beat the egg yolks and incorporate the melted butter and milk. Then sift the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture. 

Beat the egg whites with the sugar and incorporate them into the mixture, folding them in from the bottom up. 

Grease a ring cake tin and place the whole Amarena Fabbri on the bottom, lightly chopped. Pour the cake mixture on top and bake at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes.
